Our clear-answer guarantee

If your StartSmart Report doesn't give you a clear answer about your idea, email hello@startsmart.inovantage.co.uk within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no fuss.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, including the UK digital-content rules below.

The consultant question and free 30-minute call are a bonus only with the Money Check one-time offer at report checkout, not the report alone or a separate Money Check.

Digital products (report and next stages)

Because the StartSmart Report, Money Check and Launch Kit are written for you immediately, they are digital content delivered straight away.

UK buyers: before paying, you tick a box confirming you want your digital content immediately and accept that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once writing begins. This follows the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If your digital product fails to generate or download, or is clearly not what was described, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you in full — your statutory rights are not affected.

How to ask

Email hello@startsmart.inovantage.co.uk with your reference code (shown on your result page) and we will reply within 2 working days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe.
