The service

StartSmart gives you AI-assisted research and clear guidance about your business idea: a free on-screen verdict, and paid products such as the StartSmart Report, the Money Check and the Launch Kit.

Your account and private link

There are no passwords. Each check has a private, unguessable link, and you can get back in with your email and a 6-digit code. Keep your private link to yourself — anyone with it can see that check's results.

Paying for products

Prices are shown in your local currency before you pay, and include any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Digital products (the report and next stages) are written for you shortly after payment and delivered on screen and as a PDF download.

Only the Money Check one-time offer bought at report checkout includes one question to a registered business or financial consultant and a free 30-minute call. Reports alone and the Money Check bought separately do not include this bonus.

Fair use

Each person gets one free StartSmart Score, matched by email address or device. Only checks that reach a verdict count. Another idea can be checked through a paid full report. Please don't try to scrape, copy or resell the service.

Our responsibility

We work hard to make StartSmart accurate and helpful, but research is based on publicly available information at a moment in time and may be incomplete. Business decisions are yours, and we are not liable for outcomes of decisions you make using the service, to the extent the law allows.

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.
